Creatinine Clearance Calculator
The calculator below computes creatinine clearance (CLcr)
using the Cockroft equations:
CLcr (male) = Body Weight (140 - Age) / (72 Scr)
CLcr (female) = 0.85 Body Weight (140 - Age) / (72 Scr)
These equations are valid for adult patients with serum creatinine level (Scr) >0.5 and < 5 mg/dL
